Privacy
Hillary Almaraz, based in Mexico, is responsible for the personal information handled through hyllaz. The public site does not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, session recording, or analytics cookies, and personal information is never sold.
Information and purposes
Ordinary visits may create short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, requested page, browser type, and time of access. These logs are used only to deliver the site, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and protect the service. If you write by email, the address and information you choose to send are used only to answer and maintain the resulting correspondence.
When the private archive opens, it may keep an approved email address, access status, and a strictly necessary sign-in cookie so an authorized reader does not have to sign in on every page. Archive information will be used only to verify access, secure the collection, and provide requested files. No advertising profile will be created.
Cookies and analytics
Public browsing does not require a tracking cookie. The private archive may use one secure, short-lived sign-in cookie after access is approved. If privacy-preserving, cookie-free traffic measurement is enabled, it will be used only in aggregate to understand which public pages work and where visitors arrived from.
Other services
The Spotify player is not loaded until you choose Listen. When it opens, Spotify may receive your IP address and browser details and may apply its own technologies under the Spotify Privacy Policy. This site never asks for your Spotify credentials and receives no information about your Spotify account.
Hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and private-file delivery may be performed by specialist providers only when those features are active. Payment-card numbers will be handled by the payment processor rather than stored on this website. Embedded pages and external destinations follow their own privacy policies.
Retention and choices
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose above, security, legal obligations, or an unresolved request. You may ask what information is held about you, request correction or deletion, object to a use, or withdraw consent by writing to the address below. A request may require reasonable identity verification before private information is disclosed or changed.
