This is a personal website operated by Hillary Almaraz. You may browse its public pages for personal, lawful purposes. Nothing on the site is currently an offer for sale, and the digital-products catalogue will remain closed until the purchase terms below are finalized and displayed before checkout.
Writing, images, and files
Unless a page states otherwise, the writing, photographs, recordings, designs, and original downloadable materials on this site belong to Hillary Almaraz. Access does not transfer ownership. You may not republish, resell, distribute, train a commercial model on, or remove authorship information from them without written permission.
Files shared in the private archive are for the authorized reader only. Access may be withdrawn when a link is shared, automated collection is attempted, or material is redistributed without permission. Third-party works remain subject to their authors' and publishers' rights and will not be offered for download unless distribution is permitted.
Digital products
Before sales open, every product page will state the file format, compatibility, included materials, license, price and currency, applicable taxes, delivery method, access period, support included, and the exact cancellation or refund terms. Payment will be processed by a specialist payment provider; this site will not store complete card details.
A purchase will grant only the license stated on that product page. Unless an extended license is expressly included, the default will be one purchaser's personal or internal business use, with no resale, sublicensing, public redistribution, or claim of authorship.
Availability and responsibility
The site may change as the archive and projects develop. Reasonable care is taken to keep public information and paid downloads available and secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be promised. Nothing published here is legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.
